biggrin.gif You could feed em pellets, either sinking or floating. Peas, bananas, strawberries, veggies. Just about anything you could think of.

I just defrost the peas and remove their skins and mush or cut them up into bite size pieces. I give my adult goldfish about 3-4 peas each. They're huge though, 12, 6, & 5 inches. I give my baby goldfish, they're about an inch and a half to two inches 1 pea each.

There is some excellent frozen food in the pet store, like bloodworms, brine shrimp, krill. It comes a bit closer to their natural diet, and doesn't plug up their digestive system like flakes can. You can give them that as a weekly treat or something.
Spirulina flakes are also a great choice, and what I have seen in stores today was something called Goldfish bites. Its sinking pellets, and they contain vitamins and extra nutrients for the fish. Haven't tried those yet though....smile.gif
