Yes, both spring and fall are great breeding seasons. The major one however is definetely the spring. Fish react to the warming up of the water, as well as natural food available again (they reduce or stop eating during winter). Big and frequent spawns are in the spring, but you can get smaller ones in the fall as well.
Some breeders bring their fish in for the winter into warmer water, and about a month after the move they count their first swimming babies....
