my 2 fishies keep takeing there fish flakes and spitting it out again im worried is that really bad?

Mine have done that when they get too much in their mouths. They keep trying to get more and a bunch flies back out. I would soak the flakes in some tank water then when I put them in the tank, the fish would chase them around, grabbing them and them spit some out.

Now I feed them Pro Gold sinking pellets that I soak first.

Do your fish do this often? Most of the time? Or just sometimes? I think sometimes it can indicate problems but I would think that they are just eating fast and some comes back out.

It could be that they don't like their food. Have you tried giving them variety? Tried different brands? Try different things out. You could also feed them de-husked peas. Most goldies love them - except mine

How are your water parameters? Ammonie, Nitrates, nitrites and pH? If your water quality is bad, then your fish won't be feeling well and really, who wants to eat when they are sick? Keep us posted...

dun't feed them any food for two day.This may help.

Do they eat at all or just keep spitting the food out? How long have you had these fish?
