Well I just visited the goldfish foods page to find out what I can feed my fish, but I really want to know...What do these foods do?
I've heard brine shrimp enhances color or something, so what do say; Spirulina, Peas, Lettuce, Bloodworms, Earthworms, Dried Shrimp, Krill, and Algae wafers do??

both krill and spirulina contain carotenes which get coverted into color pigments by goldies.
A balanced diet should promote all the things you mentioned. Here are some links to
goldfish nutrition info.

dont underestimate the power of vitamin B12 also when enhancing as they promote protein synthesization to give way for wen and color enhancement

Peas are useful as roughage for goldies. This is why, when people post about swim bladder problems, it's often asked, if the apparent SBD is really fish constipation. Either way, a dose of peas are recommended, as for some unknown reason, peas are very good to help fish clean out their digestive tract. The gel food I make for my goldies has one cup of veggies in it -- and half of that cup is peas. I rarely see any SBD/constipation type problems now that they eat the gel food.
I am not sure, but I think lettuce is also good for roughage, although it is not as effective as peas, if you have float-y type problems.
