Yesterday i thought it was time to call the LFS (Tri-Mar) to price up a new tank set-up and cabinet. So for £260 I got a 48x18x15 with cabinet to stand it on. Included was a heater, gravel, Fluval 4, hood, light kit, strip light, food, conditioner, backing and thermometer. I decided to use gravel, water & filter media from an established tank so it didnt need to have time to settle. Now my 21cm Common Plec is VERY happy and so are the other fish. I also got 3 clown loaches for £10 . All delivered for £10.
Im now VERY happy with it and think I had better go buy some more fish B) Today I had some moss balls arrive in the post and they make the tank look v.good.

even though you have seeded the tank with bacteria you will still need to take it easy, keep an eye out for nitrite spikes,.... and slowly stock the tank up but not TOO slow ofcourse
