last week i bough some new fish, 2 of wich were silver tips.
the big one i later notced was harrassing all of the other fish, especially the smaller silver tip.
i am planning to donate him to Blinky000 now because it is just getting out of hand, but she has gone away for a week so i had to float him in the top of the tank till she gets back.
he was looking very distressed in there so i decided to put him in a large bowl, actually in the tank, with a llid on top so he cant escape. he seems a little more calm now, but i was just wondering if he would be ok in there for another 3/4 days.
he has an oxgen tablet in with him, but should i heep putting them in there?
please help!

hi tinks
as the tetra is bigger than the other it could be that it is in breeding condition. to spawn, tetras chase each other and flash against each other, its really normal behaviour.
i take it you only have two? all tetras need to be kept in groups of at least 6, so you may need to go do some fish shopping!!

you can put him back in the tank now.

im not sure because the other fish is just cowering in the corner of the tank. he/she doesnt seem to like it much...
