I woke up this morning to feed my fish and then I see that my black mystery snail is in three pieces! His body is totally out of it's shell, and the little door like thing on his foot is also off. I just wanted to know if my little snail , has passed away .... I put him in a little glass jar to see if there was any chance of him being alive. Please help?

I finally got back from school, From what you've told me he is dead because he does stink, and he is stiff. Hopefully he's passed on to a better life, well he didn't have it to bad here either.

I'm sorry to hear about your snail I have three in my cold water tank but i dont know what type they are. They are such adorable little creatures.
