My Goldfish has bloody fins and is upside down. Each time I try to get it upright it just floats. It's still aive I can see It breathing.

Ok.

The bloody fins are *most* likely a water quality problem.

If you have the tests, check your ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH. If you don't have the tests, take a sample of water to the local pet store, most will test it for free. Write down the numbers that they give you, DO NOT take their word for it that your water is ok. Come tell us the numbers.

Right now, do a water change, 25-30% with declorinated temperature matched water.

Find out the numbers, and you may have to do water changes for a couple of days, and the red streaks should disappear.
