Is there such a thing as black algea? Because theres some little
patches on the aquarium... is it bad??? (Oh and it's not brown algea)

Yep, its called black hair algae or black beard algae, if it looks like little hairs. Its one of the tougher ones, but luckily there are a few fish that will eat it right up (unlike the similar green thread stuff). Otos, Siamese Algae Eaters (NOT Chinese), I think mollies and rosy barbs also love this type of algae. Amano or other algae eating shrimp are a good option too if you don't want to add more fish, they can be hard to find though.
