Sounds like they are recovering well to me.As long as they are swimming good and strong when they do swim, they should recover just fine in about 2 days maybe 3.Sometimes they just "rest" alot when recovering.Right now I am treating two fish. One for septicemia which I bought that way.I knew it had it when I bought it but I knew it was very treatable.I treated it with wide spectrum anti-bacterial meds. After two days it had recovered but still was resting alot and its doing fine now each day it gets stronger. And the other developed a minor fin rot infection in its tail on a cut it had and that one is doing the same thing. Its the weak swimmers you have to really watch.

Are they tiny pin like dots or large bead like red spots and are they flat or bumpy?
