I was thinking of putting a few shrimp(probably ghost shrimp if thats ok,as I can't find any other breed) with my gf(to big to fit in their mouths) but know absoloutly nothing about them,what do you feed them, how big do they grow, do you need to quarentine,ect.,ect.? just general care would be good too,thanks in advance wink.gif

smile.gif You will need lots of hideing places and plants for the shrimp so they don;t get eaten or "picked on". Shrimp are cleaners... they will eat left over food, and will love treats bloodworms and other stuff aswell.
If im not mistaken they don't grow more then 2 inches long.
And like any other fish/plants/ live aquarium stuff.... you will need to Quarantine it if you'd like....

I read somthing somwhere that shrimp are really sensitive about PH is that true? like if they'er moved and the PH is different will they freak out?
