Please help!! I have a 15 gallon aquarium with 2 sunburst platys, 2 mollies, one male betta, 3 female bettas (lots of hiding places for them) one pleco, a dwarf aquatic frog, and 4 apple snails. When i went to feed them today, I noticed one platy has his nose and mouth area completly missing!! I have no idea which fish decided to mutilate him; I added some Melafix to the water, but is there anything else I can do? Will it even grow back? I'm worried he won't be able to eat!! :crp

no, he's still in there..he seems to be content either hiding out in one of the many hiding places and even swiming freely about. like i said, i have no idea which one did this to him; i've watched the tank for hours and it appears everyone leaves him be. i'm shocked he's still alive!!
