i am running out of goldfish food,i am currently using flake food but thinking of buying pellets which is better flake food or pellets.

I prefer pellets. They're not as messy and my goldfish love them. Also, my black moor can see them easier! I've read that Koko prefers using Progold and she doesn't think that there's much nutrition in flake food.

i cant seem to find progold in england so i might aswell get pellets.
are there one type of pellets or are there diferent mixed together.

There's many sites that sell progold to other countries.
I give my goldies flakes, no flake food or pellet food is healther really
it doesn't provide a good enough diet for your goldies thats why those who do feed there fish normal fish flakes and pellets feed them peas soaks the flake food or pellets and feed them blood worms/earth worms and other treats like that to balance there diet out.
Progold is your best choice.... (IMO)

if i were u i would forget flake food and try feeding your fish peas, oranges, worms, or pretty much any soft fruit or veggie. u can even try mixing them into your own brand of food but i havn't tried that yet
