how about freeze dried foods? tubifex is good. peas are also a good idea as they like to eat vegetarian food. finely chopped lettuce is good. food in jelly is a big fav with mine, especially bloodworms. just some ideas. if you feed peas, use frozen garden peas, microwave in a little water for 4 minutes, let them cool a bit. take the skin off and mush in your fingers. give a pea thats as big as their eye.

The best food you could get for your goldfish,is somethign called Progold... it sinks, so your fish don't get swim bladder disorder (SBD) and it provides a great diet for a goldfish. You could only order it over the internet, if im not mistaken... Peas are extremly good aswell, blood worms/earth worms and any other treats would be great!
