I have noticed that some of you say that hex tanks are bad for goldies. I have 3 lionheads in a 42 hex and they seem to be happier in there than a 55 rectangle. I was just curious as to what you all think.

Well the basic conception about hex tanks is they provide less swimming room then a long tank of the same gallonage (if thats a word)..becuase as we all know goldfish love to swim and love to poop and the extra room from a long tank is what would make them like a long over a hex IMO
