I have a 250 gal, pond with 2 larger 5" goldfish. The pond is outside and I have noticed about 50 fry about 1" long and now i am seeing fish 1/4" long. How often do they breed? A small frog has also found a home in the pond, is that any problem?

I have several fish in my pond and lots of fry off all different sizes....can't answer your question other than "more than I want them too". I have frogs, they breed and have never been a problem for me. I have had my pond for about 7 years...I think.
