I would say no arn't blood parrots tropical? the temp diffrence and plus im sure your goldfish will enjoy the other 10 gallons to grow larger.
Also if im not mistaken, blood parrots arn't so great i loved them but they
have handicaps when it comes to eating and are very shy ect ect.
Food diffrence aswell.

Blood parrots are tropical fish that grow quite huge. They shouldn't be kept with goldies at all. For a 29 gal., you'd be better off keeping two goldies-3 if you really keep an eye on your water params.or two goldies and maybe a bristlenose to take care of the bottom of the tank.

Blood Parrots are also Aggresive and will try and eat the goldies, no matter how big they are.
Welcome to KOKO's by the way.

Sorry to say that Angel fish aren't a good match with Gf either. Angel fish are tropical fish. They require warmer water than goldfish.
Angel fish are also quiet passive so they may get harassed by the GF.
If you look under the compatible fish forum, you will be able to see what you can put in with Gf safely.
