we have 6 danios and only know they eat flakes. What else can we feed them? We give the goldfish and betta peas once a week for...regularity. Should they get that too?
Thanks, Megan

hi bug girl
i reakon you could give them live or frozen food, they would like that and it would be good for them. i give my fish tetra fresh delica (i've wrote about it in product research) also would try varey their diet, i know you can give them lettuce so can't see pea's being a problem (but not sure)
good luck

When I had Danios they used to go nuts over bloodworms!

ya i also say frozen food like bloodworms are great for them
they just love them... and time to time you could change fish flakes like
not only tropical fish food but goldfish fish food time to time...

They should eat all types of flake food, small pellets, and all frozen foods as well. Like bloodworms, brine shrimp, mysis shrimp (although they are quite big), krill, and my own beefheart reciepe.
Danios aren't picky, so just give them a variety and they will be happy.
