I'm treating my tank with Quick Cure and I have an Aqua-Tech filter. I have to remove the carbon from the filter, but there is no way to do so. The filter cloth is sewn to the cartridge. <_< So, I had to rip the cloth open to take the carbon out, and I made a huge mess. Anyway, is there any filter cartridges that I could put in my filter(made by Aqua-Tech) that is able to have the carbon taken out of it? Is there any Aqua-Tech filter cartridges with no carbon in them? Is there a cartridge from another brand that is able to have the carbon taken out of it, that will fit in my filter? huh.gif

I don't have any experience with the brand you are talking about but can you just cut a slit at the top with a razor blade and then dump the carbon out.
Thats what I do with the emporer cartridges and it works just fine.
