HI. IRECENTLY ADDED QUICK CURE TO MY TANK , NOT THINKING TO REMOVE MY ORNAMENTS, AND EVERYTHING IS STAINED GREEN. I DON'T WANT TO USE BLEACH, IN FEAR OF HURTING MY FISH, BUT iT LOOKS ILLY NOW AND I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON ALL OF IT.CAN ANYONE HELP? CAN YOU USE ACRYLIC PAINT ON ORNAMENTS? biggrin.gif

If you think the bleach will remove the stains then feel free to use it. Take the ornaments out of the tank and mix up a bleach solution in a big bucket. Dunk the ornaments into the solution until they are normal colored or until you think they have faded enough and are acceptable color. When you are done bleaching them, rinse them really well, rinse the bucket really well, fill it again with clean water and add a good dose of de-dhlorinator - water conditioner. Let them soak -swish them around and let them soak. Then take them out and let them dry. It is overkill but it should make your mind rest easy. They can then be replaced in the tank. smile.gif

Thank you. I am going to try that. Also, I don't use the computer much and my husband said I should never type in all capital letters. He said it was like screaming, so I am sorry if I offended anyone , I am not a rude person, and I appeciate your reply. Also do you know if acrylic paint is tank safe? If the bleach lightens up the scenery too much I was going to paint it .[ it is a light piece, kind of brownish] thanks again lol.GIF
