I keep seeing flashing as a fish diagnosis, what is that, is it when the fish shows its underbelly?

Flashing is when the fish rubs off the bottom real
quick in a darting motion. The light reflects off
the scales and looks like a quick 'flash' of light.
Most of the time this is caused by gill/body flukes.
