My black and white telescope, Edd, has red veins in his fins, Ive never noticed this before (only had him 1 week) is it normal? The other fish dont seem to have it.

Hiya
It can be a sign of poor water quality or the start of finrot. Occasionally it can also indicate an internal bacterial infection.
What are your water parameters hun?

I might also just be that its veins are always showing, one of my fish's veins are always showing on its fins. But you should check your water parameters to be safe.

I tend to notice that most with high NitrAtes, or ammonia.
Either way, a water change should be beneficial

Thanks, we got the water tested, bought a new filter with biological thingy in it and were told to feed them only every second day to lower the ammonia? levels now he's slowly feeling better, although he's being bullyed a bit by one of the others so we've had to isolate him.
