hey guys i have this way over sized wine glass it holds about 3 gallons and iv had bamboo in there for about 3 months one day i was just wondering the temp and stuck a ther in the tank and it was a steady 78 deg. ok cool perfect. i have a exsta heater made for tanks under 5 gallons too so i figured i would get another betta. he is just a mix of every thing from the pet store but i love him and he def likes it better then the cup the was in. any ways heres the pic

Kissez and Lor -Does the bamboo need any special care? Should more than just the roots be in water?

Yeah Jeanne, we sure are reading the same stuff today biggrin.gif!!!

I get my bamboos at Asian stores. All u do is put them in regular tap water and they'll grow. I've had mines for a couple of years and the are big. BTW Jeanne, if u are going to buy them, u would most likely find them at Asian stores (Chinese, Japanese, etc.) Good luck on findind them.
