Hey guys

If you been in this forum recently you may have seen my posts about my ill Betta. Well, things are slowly getting worse no matter what I try and now I come home and my betta is sitting at the bottom of the tank, practically propped up by the gravel and he is starting to turn grey around his mouth, underside and gills.

He is still alive but is this the end? Does anyone have an idea whats going on with my Betta? Should I put him out of his misery?

A worried owner

I have never heard of a betta turning grey, but to be honest, I would not say that it is a good sign. I am not sure what is happening to your betta, as I have not read your other posts, but I am off to read them now.

The grey color may just be fading from your betta not feeling so well. Whenever my dad's betta is under the weather, he goes from a shiny blue green to a dull, greyish blue color.

Hope your guy gets better soon. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
