your filtering your water 3.6+ times an hour witch aint bad.i prefer the 10to1gph\lph for aquariums but ponds maybe less cause of more area for bacteria to settle on i would just add powerhead w\sponge to move h2o over area it will help bateria thrive and then so will everything else. i have a 120gal cattle tank filtered by 1 magnum330 does 300gph and 1 powerhead w\sponge that pushes bout 400gph and just enough gravel to cover bottom and i have had on problem raising 4 blue 2 redcap 2red\wh 2 ornge\black orandas and 2 ryuken got then 1" 1month ago now there all 3' in size i think i might need a bigger tank soon!!

I think you need another filter. If this is a goldfish tank, you will need one cause of the waste of the fish. Personaly I like to keep my in the 8-10GPH range:)

At the moment with all the filters your tank is turned over about 11 times an hour which is really good.
I would do water changes probably once a week still of about 20%, but you could probably get away with 40% every 2 weeks depending on what is in it.

Your saying in my terms is that 2700Liters=713Gals (filtering)
your Tank 743Liter=196Gal
So you take the filter gals and divied it by the tank......so 713gals/196 gals this would give you.3.64 GPH.
So in your terms.
2700/743= 13.46Liters an Hour.
