isn't it just too cute?

Now, with those tanks, do I have to do water changes or does the filter clean the water for me? (it's a complete kit and comes with everything I'll need)

oh and when adding stuff to the tank (if the ph level is low) you have to take your fish out right? What do you put them in while doing this?

Looks like a nice tank for Patrick. biggrin.gif I don't think you should put a goldfish in there though. sad.gif The rule of thumb here is at least ten gallons per goldfish. Good luck with patrick! biggrin.gif

that says it is a 10 gallon tank
jdude360
Okay! biggrin.gif When do you plan on getting that tank? smile.gif

Hate to burst your bubble, but the tank isn't 10 gallons. I believe it's about 2 gallons. I saw it in a pet store, it's not that big. But it's perfect for a betta! [not a goldfish.]

And Patrick... what a cute name! It's adorable. Good luck!
jdude360
Yeah, that doesn't look like it is ten gallons. <_<

you will need to do water changes occasionally.
Florissa
I do weekly water changes of about 30-40%. Most people do about that as well. You also need to clean the walls of algea and syphon the gravel once every week or two.

I just got that tank for my new betta (I thought my husband would appreciate it ).

The problem I'm having with it is that the current seems to be too much for my betta.

Just thought I'd let you know

(OOh & it's like 11/2-2gal tank it is cute though!)
