i seen a few things about not using a scum sucker in a g/f tank (wich i have an he seems scared of the gf an never new i needed to feed them till now) anyway how about shrimp?? ive seen them in tropical tanks an im pretty sure i read about them somwhere in gf tanks,,but not sure?? i know there scavngers they should eat all the wasteed food an alge,,but will the gf try to eat them??

My fish would just eat them. They are small creatures. The general rule with goldfish anything that can fit into a goldfish's mouth will get there eventually .

They are really cool, but yeah, they'd be moving targets. I had some in my betta tanks and they were ok for awhile but eventually I kept finding corpses. I think the betta would kill them, then not be able to eat them. I tried making caves and stuff for them to hide if but it was no good.

lol anything that small would be sucked up in a matter of seconds with my moore
