ok im trying to get a new way to feed my snails in the tank but not to let my comet eata ny of teh food ( i'll feed him by himself lol)....any ideas

i was thinking of a cave sorta idea but that might be hard to make cuz it would have to be right size for the snails and smaller then the fish...

ANY idea???

How about a small jar or container with a lid maybe, put the snail and food in it and close it up. Or if you want to go really small, try like a medicine bottle, put a rock in it so it wont float.

ok i was thinking of putting this in the water ( the snails can get in and out when they please and the fish wouldnt even try lol)

or i might but a glass jar in the tank with the lid open at all times.... its even like a lil resting spot for them to just loll round in hehe lol...

im no expert on snalis but, being that snails are foragers, i would think that they would get plenty of scraps of uneaten food and algae and whatnot from the gravel and the tank walls. wouldnt they?
