is it ok if i have no fish in my tank- but have just the dechlorinated water stuff in there? I've had no fish in my tank for quite a while! should i add more dechlorinater?

Well with out some kind of waste in the tank, the tank will eventually go out of cycle. So my questionto you is how long are you going to have it running with out fish?
i just got 3 new fish!- not goldfish though!!
