I'm needing to replace my heater. The one I have is not stabe at all.

When we bought it the directions say to only turn it 1 notch at a time. The thing of it is there really are no "notches" so we have a guess.

The temp in the house goes up and down, mainly because I don't like it to hot. The heater does it's own thing and doesn't regulate.

The heater I have is one that hangs on the back of the tank. I forget the brand, but I'm sure it isn't the best.

Please give me advice on which heaters are the most reliable at maintaining the same temp. day and night. I'm getting tired of fiddleing with the heater 4 times a day.

Me and the goldies thank you.

Won Pro Heat titanium. These things RULE! They have
an out of tank control which is really handy. Here's a
couple links on where to order from. I give these 2
thumbs UP! smile.gif

Either the 100 or 150 watt will do. I might go with the
150 in case you get a bigger tank down the road.

Thanks Paul. I'll probably go with the bigger. Yes another tank is down the road, but isn't it always that way?!!!
