Do snails count as fish that get their own gallons of water?

OK! thc again kisses! again, I guess I'm going to wait til I set up another tank sometime...
I'm aiming for September because my brother is going to collage and I guess he told me that I can do some things with his room if i want to.

Hope he doesnt get mad when he finds minnows and snails in his room! lol.GIF

it also depend on the size of the snail and how much is available for the snail to eat and output.. 1 gallon is the base rule but some snail needs somewhere around 2 or even 3 gallon each!!

And snails are mucky little things they produce more poop than fish..not to mention the slime they put out at times

It depends what type of snail,and how big the actually
get.The bigger the snail the more waste.
So i think i good rule for apple snails is 1 to 2 gallons each.
