I've always been stumped and tried to figure out this...how big does the female get with all the eggs in her??? cause my Lionhead is lookin' a lil' tubby !

Depending on the breed, they can quiet large, especially around the belly area. I got a big red/white oranda, together with 3 other big orandas, in a pet store, and I knew right away that that was a girl! A few days later she laid around 500 eggs (not fertilized though), but wow, did I notice her being smaller!
