There are several reasons that a tank may be cloudly. Since you were just using meds, I am guessing that this is the case. Do not be afraid to do a 33%, 40% or even 50% water change on a solidly cycling tank - you are just diluting the meds not removing them entirely. Many medications can be removed by adding fresh activated charcoal to your filter - it will bind the medication and effectively remove them from the water. You might want to try dropping a small nylon stocking of charcoal into your filter for a quick water scrub.
Sometimes a water clarifyer will help. These floculate or clump together the waste so the the filter can remove it. This helps if the reason the tank is cloudy is because the waste is too fine for the filter to capture. Since your fish are just recovering from something, I think adding another chemical might be your last choice, though.
You can mechanically remove this stuff from the water by using a superfine filter floss in your filter for a day or so. Just keep an eye on it, for it may get plugged up quickly and greatly reduce the filtering effect - something that is ALSO not good for fish just recovering from disease.
Lastly.....if your tank has just cycled, it may be a bacteria bloom - in this case, it will go away by itself in a day or two.
The most important thing - dilute it down more - change more water or change more often. Do not be afraid to change again, right now or tomorrrow or tonight or whenever.
Good luck!

edit: it may be, if you have gravel:)
