Hello, I know I saw a calculator on some website to get the volume of a tank by its dimentions. But I can't seem to find it, I tried searching the message board with no luck so I apologize if this is an old topic. Thanks biggrin.gif

See how this formula works out. smile.gif

1. Multiply

width (inches) x height (inches) x length
(inches) = volume (cubic inches)

2. Divide

volume (cubic inches) / 231 (cubic inches per
gallon) = volume (gallons)

I think this question was asked before but I dint get to follow up..

Is this US gallon or UK gallon ??
LeafyD
It is US gallons. I used the formula above and although I had to round the answer I got I think it is pretty accurate. Thanks!
