Very nice snails you got there, Hamstaman! How did you do it that the snail finds the food in the feeding box? I am considering a box like that, since the goldies don't have much respect for the snails veggies at all!

its just a breeder/hatchery box i bot...it floats in teh water.... i didnt really teach teh snails.. when i got them i put them in it...they eat the day away... and then at night...they creep out of the box on their own and explore the tank for other foods.... te next day they just climb back in... they've had enough experinece now and memorized where it is... the first 3 or 4 days i used to place them in the box myself lol... hope this helps... email me if u need anything else...halabi_ramy@hotmail.com

Nice Snails, I'm thinking of getting a feeder box myself.

Does it just float around the tank or have you attached it to the side in some way?

its actually a hatchery box... i just took everything out from inside it... it floats but it almost looks like its stuck to the glass cuz of teh suction of air and water... but when my snails start running over the edge it starts to float around the tank...then all i do is return it and snug it up to a corner lol... hope this helps...if u have any other q's feel free to ask..

thanks everyone for the great compliments... i am havinga prob tho... the floaty box keeps sinking cuz my snail is getting to big and heavy... i have the suction cup thing but i need some thing to stick it to the box...can u use glue??? or is there something special you need to use?
