Hey everyone im fairly new here and i don't know much about aquariums so i read things here a just wonder what everyone is talking about. so i'll just get to the question...how is a bubble wall made? or is one bought?and does it help to aerate the water?

You will need an air pump, tubing, and a long air stone, might be called a bubble wand or wall. Connect the tubing to the stone and to the pump, place the stone in the tank (under a heavy rock or gravel or something) and plug in the pump. Remember that if the pump is below the tank you should have a "check valve" to prevent water from siphoning out and ruining your pump in case the power stops.
