my fry are 1 week old and another lot are 1 day old but when can i put a bubble wall in there without damaging them or making the current too strong?

I had a sponge filter in there, making bubbles from the day they were hatched.

However I read on a website when researching for my fry, and it said artificial airation could be added anytime after 4 weeks
