cucumber, apple, orange, grape, peas (no shell, and good for clearing up tummy), chopped carrot, cabbage leaf, spinach leaf, boil/raw shrimp (no shell), egg white
almost anything fresh and good and nutrition.. take note, no fried food, no hamburgers, no hotdog, no oil, no chemical etc..
you can chop the food into bite size for easy chomping..
Peas.. a good maintenance de facto item for goldfish..
a treat to peas follow by fasting the next day on weekly basis is good for your fishes... this is to prevent swim bladder problem..
something to take note, goldfish has taste bud like us and can be picky and some have different favorite food.. some of my fish like peas while some dont.. usually I will skip their breakfast and only feed peas in the evening.. follow by fasting the next day..
cheers

There are a number of fresh foods out there, you can feed your goldfish, sometimes they won't eat or like them. But since there is so many, they are bound to like some. Give them only as a treat, because uneaten food will polute your aqaurium. Tangerine Sections, Orange Sections, Lime Sections, Grapefruit Sections, Banana Lumps,Peeled Grapes, Washed ( No Peticides) Romaine Letteuce, Boiled and Skinned Green Peas, Chopped Apple Slices, Freeze Dried and Dehydrated Seaweed, Dried Brine Shrimp , Live Brine Shrimp ( Best Newly Hatched), Freeze - Dried Krill , Live Tubidex Worms, Freeze - Dried Tubifex Worms, Live Earthworms ( Only Give if they are found in ground without pesticides, and always wash in cold running water before feeding or put in a paper towel for two days and let the earth come out of it’s system), Finely Shredded , Chedder Cheese, Chopped Shrimp, Chopped Clam, Chopped Lobster, and small Pieces of un - seeded watermelon! All very nutritious and delicious.
Rember to wash everything, and make sure there are no pesticides on them. Foods with skins should be peeled, and that goes for shells to. Meat, Seafood, and vegetables and other hard foods should be boiled until soft and okay for eating.
