I believe one of my fish has eggs in her. She is not egg bound but I want to be ready just in case. I have read about this several times but have never found out what you do if this is to happen. Does anyone know?

I'm guessing that it's tough if she did become egg bound since no one is responding.

Fantailkeeper, for an eggbound fish its initially the same treatment than for dropsy and popeye - heating the tank up to 82-84 degrees (2 degrees per hour), putting EPSOM salt in the tank (no other salt) at 1/8 tbs per 5 gl of water, and fast the fish for 2-3 days and then give her medicated food like Romet B or Medigold to eat......

Ok, thanks!
