I noticed this morning that right on the tip of Rainbows tail fin, there is a bright red spot.
I don't know what could have caused it. There is nothing for him to catch his tail on.
I thought maybe ammonia, but when I checked it, it was 0.
He has a bubble nest going on. But seems to be resting a bit more than usual. He is very hungry, so his appetite is good.
Why do you suppose that he would get a red spot. It's small, like a pinprick of blood. He actually has a few all in the same spot.
What should I do? Just hope that it goes away, or is there something more I could be doing?
Thanks
Jessica
