I use Nurtrafin Tropical Flakes on my goldfish and they love it just fine. But, I would also get some goldfish flakes too. smile.gif

Julia, I would say as long as you variate the food that you give to your goldies, you are okay. There are so many different sources of food that are good for goldies, and each of them supplies them with different nutrients, which is basically the same thing thats recommended for us fish keepers as well. Its good to have a basic staple food for them, and then supplement with frozen bloodworms, lettuce, spinach, peas, cooked shrimp from the store, brine shrimp, homemade gelfood. There is so much to choose from to give them a healthy diet....smile.gif
One more important thing, whatever pellet or flake wise you feed them, soak it for a bit, that can stop swim bladder problems dead in its tracks!....
BTW, you and my daughter have the same name!! wav.gif
