ok i got a new snail a couple of days ago ...i didnt say it earlier cuz i didnt want to jinx myself with him .....he is called a golden inca snail but the guy at petco said it is a apple snail ....is he right? and another thing i havent seen the breathing tube come out yet ....i was looking on the board and some one said take it out of the water and hold him on his back and it should pop out ...i did this for a min ...he came out of the shell to flip over and still no tube but get this i could see a lil whole in his body where the tube should be that was opening and closing could it be possible for an apple snail to lose the tube?it looks like he was trying to breath with it ...and when he goes to the water line that is the side he always stickes out of the water i wanted an apple snail and i hope i got one .....
