I have recently bought baby goldfish and I was wondering how often I should feed them a day in order for them to be healthy. Should I feed them like regular goldfish I know thre smaller and don't eat as much. Also they seem to wait for the food to sink to the bottom then they eat it. Why won't they come to the topto eat the food. Also I good use just any tips on how to take care of them.

What size tank is it and how many fish do you have? How often are you feeding them and how much? What kind of filtration do you have on there? How small are they? I currently have a little baby whos about an inch and a half long. I feed him bits of crushed pellets about 3 times a day. He is alone in a 10 gallon with a 110 gallon per hour filter though. If your tank is small or crowded I wouldnt recommend feeding that often.

if they are smaller than an inch
you need to feed them powdered food or liquid food
powder is better if there is no filter while liquid is better if you have a filter
you should feed them many times but very small amounts each time

It is a 10 gallon aquarium. with a AquaClear mini for filtration. It contains two baby goldfish a tiny bit smaller than an inch-1/2. I feed them wardley goldfish crumbles about twice a day sometimes once.
