Iv seen this on my apple snail.... he/she has its 2 antenneas, and then on its left side.. has this thick thing which looks like another antenna, but it is HUGE. It is spotted with orange dots.. and it dangles around the place.. ??

Any1 know what it is?
Rudolf
From your description it sounds as if it is the air breathing siphon.
Suggest you check it out by going to the site called "apple snails" and if you check out the section on Anatomy you will find a nice drawing which may help with your identification.

Thank-you, it looks like the siphon, but it is bigger than the tentacle.. :/ the picture says it is smaller.

They can really stretch their air siphon Nick. I've watched mine trying to reach the surface of the water with the siphon and they seem to be able to stretch it so it appears to be at least as long as their body is wide. It is fascinating to watch them once they reach the surface and see them "pump" in the air.
I'm sure you will get many hours of enjoyment out of your aquatic creatures.
