isaw this plant at petsmart and it looked cool - does anyone know anything about this plant? has little ball thingies at the tops........

yes, it did look like that , and had these stems growing up from the middle with little balls on the ends of the stem like little buds of a flower that hadnt opened.

This plant likes bright light so you would need a lighting system that would have 2-3watts per gal. also this plant needs nuristment from below as well as above, so this means it needs substrate. Not one of the easier plants to start out with.

well, natch . leave it to me to pick a hard one *sigh* well, i better not get it right now then, it was in a little potted plant holder thing in the petsmart tank, but i dont have gravel,have the small river rocks in the tanks.

yeah I tried that plant in my tank and it died so I researched it more and I had the wrong substrate for it. Even with the plant plugs this plant isnt the easiest to use.
