Ok, I have this Jebo R338 10 gallon tank that just has a few fish in it.
My very peculiar problem is that pieces of plastic film seem to be slowly peeling off the INSIDE of the tank and floating around the water! The pH is only about 7.2, so it's not acidic as to be eating away at the acrylic. The filters have caught some of the plastic film, but it's comming away too fast. I don't have an emergency tank, or the money to buy one, and I'm very concerned about the fish eating it .
Is there anything I can do short of taking it back to the pet shop (which would be a pain, since it's cycled, and I have tropical fish)?? unsure.gif

is it maybe some sort of protective covering that should have been peeled off before filling with water? kind of like the plastic coating that comes on new windows. if it is indeed something that should have been peeled off prior to use, you could temporarily house your goldie/s in a bucket while you peel the rest off. just drain the tanks waterinto a bucket or two (or three). put your fish in the bucket and youll have easy access to the film. when your done, just put your goldies and the water back into the tank.

hope this helps! smile.gif
